ORA-27063: number of bytes read/written is incorrect

Dear Experts,

When I adding a new raw disk into ASM diskgroup, the ASM alert logs prompted the following message:

Errors in file /oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM1/trace/+ASM1_rbal_204924.trc:
ORA-27063: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
WARNING: IO Failed. subsys:System dg:3, diskname:/dev/raw_asm11 disk:0xa.0xc4756bba au:0
         iop:0x110a56b20 bufp:0x1105b6200 offset(bytes):0 iosz:4096 operation:1(Read) synchronous:0

The ASM diskgroup was dismounted after the above error is encountered, we then immediately dropped the problem disk from the disk group and wait for the disk rebalance to complete.
