Is it possible to migrate O2A PIP cartridge from single instance to multiple instance environment?

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC)
As on today, it is not possible to migrate O2A PIP cartridge from single instance (Central order management and service order management are on the same OSM instance) to multiple instance environment (Central order management and service order management are on different OSM instances)
