some Purchase Orders are not showing

Dear Guru's,
Some users complaint as they did not see the PO's in Purchasing and Approval also did not see the same for approval.
please could you please tell me how to find this PO's in ORACLE EBS and PO 69 and 74 is showing but 70,71,72,73 is not showing.

its URGENT!

Please give me solution for this... Thanks in Advance...
