Import Benefit enrollment data into OAB through WebADI

Gurus,

We are on R12.1.3 version  and implementing OAB.

We have a requirement wherein we have to import enrollment data from a third part to Oracle Advanced Benefits.

The data contains details like:

First Name  Last Name  Gender Address Line 1  City State Zip DOB SSN Marital Status Home Phone Work Phone  Cell phone Email Date of Hire Empl ID  Status Deptt  Dependent’s Name  Relationship Gender SSN Plan

Option Pretax or Posttax  Premiums ....

How can we import these data into EBS? Can we use WebADI for the same? Any standard API available for benefit Enrollment ? f yes, i would require details.
