how to fill tax class

Hi

We upgraded 11i to R12.1.3 and our AR and AP tax codes were loaded into the same tables in eTax marked as OUTPUT and INPUT. When I enter a new code, tax class is empty (when I check in the tables) and I haven't found any field on the web-based forms to enter this information. Could somebody give me a hint, where I could enter this data for the new tax rate codes?
