Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I open the first PA period by JAN-2013. But now i want to change the first PA period to JAN-2012

How Can I Change this?
