patch 9239090 Release Upgrade Pack failed

 Hello, 

I have a problem with adpatch utility while upgrading the E-Business suite to 12.1.3. 

I follow the steps in the "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme (Doc ID 1080973.1)" and "Database Preparation Guidelines for an E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Upgrade [ID 761570.1]" and I get an error while applying the  Patch 9239089. 

The output says that it's adrelink error. In the adrelink.log there's nothing else than:

copying /d01/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adshell.pl to /d01/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bintmp/adshell.pl
copying /d01/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/aducsifm.pm to /d01/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bintmp/aducsifm.pm
