Few initial issues, I observed after installation of Siebel Fix Pack 8.1.1.9 on Windows 2003

Hello All, I just wanted to share some issue, I have recently encountered after applying the 8.1.1.9  on my test and working system of 8.1.1.8 on W2K3:

 May be this could help others who would observe the same.
