Error 3 When Posting Journal

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone using version 11i has experienced their journals posting with error3. I believe in this instance I'm referring to the journal header appears to say 'Posted' but the actual accounting lines have not been accounted.

In the past when this has hapened at my company we have had to ask Oracle suport for a datafix to resolve the situation.

I was just wondering if there was a fix for this to prevent it from happening or are there some patches which need to be applied?
