Email Alert for Store to Store Transfer

 Hi,
Wanted to know that whether ORSIM generates email alerts for store to store transfers that were dispatched and not recieved beyond X number of days?

Implementation guide suggests that it does generate an email alert, but on testing we found that it is generating emails only when store to store transfers were generated from RMS between 2 stores. At the same time, if SIM is driving/creating these transfers no such email alerts are generated.

Does anyone have thoughts/confirm if email alerts are only for store to store transfers generated from RMS/?
