How can the descriptive felx fields be disabled or deleted?

Hi all,
1 There are 3 DFFs on the PO header form. I want to delete or disable those dffs. Please let me know how can I do that?

2 And, how can we create a DFF(check box) and when it is checked, should display two other DFFs.?
