Agile PLM 9.3.1.2 Upgrade Table Discrepancies

We upgraded from Agile 9.2.2.6 to Agile PLM 9.3.1.2.  I took a record count of all the Agile tables before and after the upgrade and found some record count discrepancies.

The record count on the following tables dropped drastically:

CriteriaNotificationNotification_FieldsQuerySelect_List

Is there some doumentation that would explain the new tables introduced and which tables are expected to increase or decrease?
