Need Help on some Expression Builders for the Task Page

There are a couple fields on the "Task" page where I need specific values set as the default and trying to understand what expression would I use for the <Default Value> field.

First Field:

Type.  I have a field on this page called "Type" with a picklist of values.  I would like to have one of the values in the picklist (Meeting) to be the default for this field everytime the user clicks on the Task page.  So, the field "Type" would have the value populated with Meeting.  How do I set a default value for this one.
