$COMMON_TOP/temp directory is having 45gb.

Hi all,

  Our Apps is 11.5.10.2

   $COMMON_TOP/temp directory is having 45gb.
 
   which activities generate more files in temp directory?

   what may be the cause of Increased space?

   Any method to remove that other than manually?
