SR 3-6565977461 : Unable to startup the application thru adstrall.sh giving oacore " Time out error

Hi All,

Firstly when I saw the oacore is not up. I tried to manullay shutdown and restart application using adstrall.sh script in $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME. it failed with timeout error.

I have updated the
in the opmn.xml

<process-type id="oacore"
<start timeout="1800" retry="2"/>
<stop timeout="120"/>
<restart timeout="1800" retry="2"/>
and also the cd $FND_TOP/admin/template
opmn_xml_1013.tmp file with start timeout="1800" retry="2"/>
<stop timeout="120"/>
<restart timeout="1800" retry="2"/>
then run autoconfig and then startup the application.
Same error repeats.
Please help what to do now.
