SCSLM thread WARNING pools facility is disabled Message

I have been seeing these messages on just one of my Cluster systems:
Dec 16 00:13:11 Cluster.RGM.fed: SCSLM thread WARNING pools facility is disabled
Dec 16 00:18:11 Cluster.RGM.fed: SCSLM thread WARNING pools facility is disabled
Dec 16 00:23:11 Cluster.RGM.fed: SCSLM thread WARNING pools facility is disabled
Dec 16 00:28:11 Cluster.RGM.fed: SCSLM thread WARNING pools facility is disabled


The problem is they have about a 5 min lag time in between printing out.   It take takes a very long time for an "init 6" to complete.

Any areas I need to check or be aware of??
