11.5.10.2 : patch 7456837 fails running afscupty.sql ORA-20100: File o0002069.tmp creation for FND_

Hi,

Applying patch 7456837 to 11.5.10.2 instance. Worker failed with errors:
Restarting job that failed and was fixed.

I've checked all TEMP and TMP environment locations, but cannot figure out where the *.tmp file is trying to be created. All locations are accessible.
