Customizing seeded POXPOPDF Template

Hi,
One of our customer is trying to customize the seeded PDF template used in the "PO Output for Communication" concurrent program (used to print the Purchase Order).

Powerpoint in the below link is being referred:

However, they are feeling difficulty to modify the template via the XML script.
Is there an option to modify using the web / user interface ?

Please share your expertise.
