Update F0101 according to Excel file

I want to update a column of F0101 according to an Excel File OR
I need to compare "Address Book" records with an Excel sheet contains "Address Number" and some other details. Then I need to update some fields of Address Book(Say Business Unit) to the values of Excel file.
Let me know about some reference documents which describes this kind of tasks(like Excel file management in JDE).
