Siebel 8.1.1.9 few files missing

Hi,

 Siebel instace upgraded successfully from (existing)8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.9 patch.  However, while configuring for Siebel Open UI , add object managers for Siebel mobile setion, I do not find file called "new_compdef_sia.bat" under SES_HOME/siebsrvr/bin/enu

Also, do not find file "new_virdirs.bat" under EAPPWEB_HOME/config to create the virtual directories for the Siebel Moble Object Managers.  As per the bookshelf these files should be there.

 I confirm that, 8.1.1.0 installation is successful and after confuging Siebel Open UI feature to Sales OM, we can successfully access the Sales OM with all supported browsers.

  How do I get these missing files?
