Customer Merging of different country getting error APP-AR-42302

Hi Experts,

 Is this feasible to merge parties of different countries. Say, Party X of UAE to be merged with Party Y of India. Getting error APP-AR-42302, you cannot merrge sites with different sales tax strucutre.
