Triggering Task closure on status change

Hi,

We are defining 'Pending Close' and 'Closed' as Task statuses.

Users would be manually updating Task status to 'Pending Close' and want status to automatically change to 'Closed' after 5 days since 'Pending Close'

Please help us in identifying how best we can achieve this.
