Covered or Non covered G/L Class codes default in Service Order
Hi,The scenario is
We are having a Service Break down order.(P40040 - 05)
For PM orders the G/L category code of the Item Number(PM Item #) Defined is defaulted
Whereas While Adding manually the Service Order with all the required details, Covered & Non-Covered G/L class defaults automatically (CS60)
There is no Contract till being Set - up for the customer.
Can Anyone advise from where it's defaulting..
