Installation of NLS Arabic patch on R12 12.1.1

Hi Team,

Customer want to install NLS Arabic patch on 12.1.1 please let us know the steps and document for this activity.

They are following following steps

1)Installation of 12.1.1

2) After installation they need to apply pre-req NLS patch like:

1)Patch 8576725: 12.1.1 This patch includes updates to NLS Installation and Admerge performance enhancements

They have some pre-req patches for this patch:8576725

1)8557603:R12.AD.B
2)8524653:R12.FWK.B
3)8508724:R12.AD.B
4)8558324:R12.XDO.B
This patch should be applied on top of 12.1.1.

After installation of 12.1.1 please refer that these patches are applied or not
if not we need to apply these patches
