Connected Mobile Sales and SSO
We implemented SSO for our OCOD instance so that users don't have to enter their userid/password (we chose the "Single Sign-On Only" option). We know CMS does not support SSO but is there a workaround in CMS so that we don't use the OCOD userid and password method since we want CMS users to be automatically authenticated just as with OCOD? Thanks!
Single Sign-On Only – Requires all users to be authenticated by the company’s on-premise identity provider. Users will not be able to sign in directly to the Oracle CRM On Demand application with Oracle CRM On Demand credentials. If they attempt to do so, then they will be redirected to the customer site for authentication.
