Parallel Approval of Requistion in PO R12.1.3

 Hi ALL, I am looking to do the setups of the Requisition Approval so that the Parallel Approval goes to the same person in once , i mean once User enters the Requisition the notification goes to the more than one person at a time and if all of them give their respective approval so the requisition gets Approved ..!!!

in order to acheive this i have does the following setups 

i) i have creat ROLES 

II) GIVES GRANTS MY SELF to all the roles 

iii) Using Approval Management Businees Heirarchy i used the Purchase Requisition Transaction type 

iv) i have created the Approver Group and i have followed the attach document but me not getting it properly kindly suggest me the appropriate way to do it
