Vertex Upgrade to 3.1.0 - State Withholding not calculating

 

Over the weekend we upgraded from Vertex 3.0.2 to 3.1.0 in preparation of 2013 payroll – and now our 2012 payroll is not calculating any state withholdings.  We applied ESU JL20260 and the latest data file for Vetex.

 

In addition to this upgrade, we applied the year-end ESU’s with their associated bug fixes and 1 fix for Interim Workbench.
