Annual Geocode Data Upgrade (After Hrglobal installation)
You must run the concurrent program 'Geocode Upgrade manager' to upgrade the geocode data after the Patch application, Data Install and HRGlobal.
It then states in the Description section:

3. The 2012 Annual Geocode Patch (14281883:R12.PAY.B) is included in this End of Year 2012 Phase II patch.The 2012 Annual Geocode Update (Patch 14281883:R12.PAY.B) was also included in the Year End 2012 Phase 1 patch.
If you installed one of these patches and ran the Geocode Upgrade Manager then you do not need to rerun the Geocode Upgrade Manager. Please refer to the 2012 Annual Geocode Readme,
