removal of XDB user

Hello,

not sure if this is the right community or not.  but, to satisfy a DOD STIG, I removed the XDB user by running the scripot catnoqm.sql.   But now, expdp won't work.  I keep getting the error ude-00018 data pump client is incompatible with database version 11.2.0.1.0.   Is the XDB user required for data pump?   I recall in 10g there were other cleanup scripts to run after catnoqm, but the document didn't mention it for 11G.  Should I reinstall XDB?
