Hi there,We are running multiple campaigns and instead of pulling the requests and send them to the Sales teams, I would like to use a CSV file and send it via email.
I have created 2 identical Queue Assignment Rules with different Queue Name - that publish the registrations to 2 different queues, the CSV and the CRM.
Is this the right way to go?
this way I can send the report to the marketers and at the same time have the registrations published into the CRM.
