Actual start and end dates in work order form

For some closed work orders Actual Start and Completion Dates are missing. They are not populated after work order completion. It's not reproducible, it happened to the customer for some work orders in 2011, and not any more. Customer is on R11i.Is there a datafix where we can insert these records, as issue is not reproducible.
