Unable to generate CSV output file with more that 450k records.

Hi When i try to generate CSV file ,bi publsher was unable to insert records more thatn 450k  and if i check the status of the scheduled report it says 'RUNNING' no matter how many days.Is there something i am missing.Please let me know if anyone came accors this type of issue.
