Home page doesn't display properly after migration from Test to Prod 11.1.2.1

Hi,

We migraeted to Prod using LCM. THe only issue we are facing not is with the Home page. It's properly displaying in test but in Prod the page format doesn't display properly. The page is usable but the format is not the same . Has an example, the icon right next link to planning page is not showing and same kind of issue for all the liknks.
