GoldenGate Troubleshooting/ Error messages via Database

Hi Team,
I do not have access to OS or GGS Filesystem. But I have DBA Access to Database.

Is it possible to view errors or alerts in ggserr.log via Database queries. If so, please let me know how can I achieve the same...
