Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. US PAY : How to capture prior employer 401k deferrals

on the 401k element there are fields for Prior Deferral and Prior Deferral year but they don't actually do anything in the calculations

How do customers capture prior employer data and use that to control withholding?
