We are encountering performance issues running PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts

We run the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts  for wide  open range of projects and summarize cost =Y   Summarize Revenue=Y  Summarize Budgets =Y  Summarize Commitments =Y

and we encounter performance issues. We want to know from others who have had performance issues with this program is there any other way to run this program to get the same results and also improve performance.

Any help is appreciated.
