Patches for PCI Compliance

Hello,
We are tightening down our production instance security practices as we head towards PCI compliance.  We are currently running Oracle 10g Patch level 45 (10.2.0.4) on a Windows 2008 r2 server.  Where can I go to see if there are additional bug fixes or patches that should be applied?
