ST/OT weighted average cost

We are on 8.0

We create ST from BP01 23.65 and the OT is received in BP09 at $62.34.  The weighted average cost in BP09 before receipt was 24.56.  If anything the two costs should average.  I have no idea where $62.34 came from.

We also have product that has no cost 0.00.  We truck along for awhile and then there is a dollar amount larger than 0.00.  There is no cost on the receipt.

Where do I look to see where these dollars could come from?
