Agile - ChangeCast - Will a problem be worked on?

 We had an issue with Agile ChangeCast last week. 
The agile admin paused ChangeCast, then neglected to resume it.  An end user called to ask why her bits had not processed into JDE.  She resumed operation and off they went.

Now, this has happened in the past.  A script was implemented to watchdog the TransferLog.txt file, and if the lastline included the string 'Paused' for more than 15 minutes, it alerted the admin via email.

However the TransferLog.txt file for the time in question looks like this ...

12/14/2012 9:21:48 AM Finished
12/14/2012 9:21:48 AM Releasing used resources...
12/14/2012 9:21:48 AM Finished Transfering
12/14/2012 2:08:40 PM ChangeCAST Resumed.
