if Order management can help with subscription orders?

Any suggestion on how to proceed the below question that raised by the customer on SR?
Should I suggest the customer to talk to the sales from BRM or eBiz suite (Order Management), or....?

Cisco Commerce platform : Captures order from customer and provides order status to customer
Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) : Creates subscription with start date, end date, performs renewals, tracks usage
Accounts Receivables : Gets the invoce data using invoice interface from BRM and generates invoice
Cisco commerce platform will stay as it is the customer facing platform.
We would like to understand if Order management can help with subscription orders?
