Some scripts running slow during R12.1.1 upgrade

 Hi,
Upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12,1,1

The following sql scripts are running for a long time, please let us know if it is a normal execution of you see any performance issues with it.
During the previous execution these sql scripts didnt run for morethan 15mins and now they are executing for more than couple of hours.

appostimportaad.sql
arpostimportaad.sql
cstpostimportaad.sql
papostimportaad.sql

uploading the addmrpt & awrrpt report outputs
