Targets not deleting even after long time

I have deleted four targets in EMGC 11g which includes 'Host', 'Database Instance',' Agent' and 'Listener'. On the Management Services and Repository page, there are still '4' targets under 'Deleted Targets'. When I click on the number 4, Deleted Tarets page opens with all these four targets. But a tip is written on bottom

TIP These targets are in the process of being deleted. The target name/target type cannot be reused until deletion completes.

Four days have been passed since I deleted them, but they are still appearing here. How can I delete them and re-install them.
