convertDomain throws exception when upgrading domain to 13.3

 Hi All,
I have RPAS version 13.1.2.40, upgrading it to 13.3 version.

Below is what I have performed.
1. Upgraded RPAS to 13.2.3 hot fix 
2. Upgraded domain to 13.2.3 version 
3. Upgraded RPAS to 13.3
4. Now running convertDomain to convert the domain
   When running convertDomain I am getting the following error

Updating Domain History
Domain History Updated
Update single-hier select measures ...
Completed converting single-hier select measures ...
Clearing Commit/Refresh Queues
Queues cleared
Updating styles
source domain: /u01/oracle/rpas/domains/FINANCIAL_PLANNING
dest domain: /u01/oracle/rpas/domains/FINANCIAL_PLANNING_N

convertDomain caught Exception: ConvertDomainException: ALLDIMSEAS is not a Standard Dim in Pre-II Domain

convertDomain exited with status: 4
