Supplier site number

Hi

How to give starting number of supplier site which is generate by the system. What basis site number is working. Our requirement is need to send supplier number and site number to legacy system. Legacy system is having supplier number max field is 10.

I would like to know Supplier site number generation process in the oracle. Can we restrict starting number for supplier site
