Enterprise manager error

 Dear experts,
  I created database using dbca, but did not enable enterprise manager at that time.  My database is up and running, but now I want to enable the enterprise manager to maintain my database using enterprise manager.  So, when I am starting enterprise manager using emctl start dbconsole 


[dbuserr@dba2 ~$ emctl start dbconsole

OC4J configuration issue. /retekdb/oracle/11.2.0.2/oc4j/j2ee/OC$J_DBConsole_dba2.versantindia.com_testdb not found

Then I went to this locations and I found these following files:

[dbuser@dba2 j2ee]$ pwd
/retekdb/oracle/11.2.0.2/oc4j/j2ee

[dbuser@dba2 j2ee]$ ll
