Patch 3512876:Oracle Application Object Library- 11.5.8- Patch application failed

Hi Team,
This is spin off from SR
Customer  is having a problem when installing  the following patch. Please advise.
1. Patch 3512876 pre-requisite patch 2563148, 2675269 and 2032040
2. I try to install patch 2563148 and it said "Oracle report object did not generate successfully" in fnd reports/US FNDFFCVL.rdf
3. when I try to install patch 2675269, the pre-requisite patch 2032040 is missing but I believe we have this one.
4. When I try to install the patch 2032040, it said "FAILED: file wf115upg.sql on worker  1 for product fnd username APPLSYS." and the adpatch is pending.


Customerr EBS is running in 11.5.8 which cannot apply the patch 11iATG_PF.H.delta.7. Could you help to check the root cause of the patching error in 2032040?
