DB 11.2.0.2 PSU8 opatch fails with non existing "network_src" directory. (Solaris SPARC 64)

Hi DBA´s,

i try to install a one off patch (Patch ID 13989986) in DB-HOME.
DB-Version 11.2.0.2 PSU 8 (non RAC - Database on Solaris SPARC 64).
OPatch version is 11.2.0.3

The opatch apply fails with the following:
