R12.1.3 : Patches are failing running FNLDOAD : A syntax error occurred at line ... in file ...afsl

Hi,
After upgrading to 12.1.3, I ran patch wizard with the recommended patches filter. Now I'm applying these patches and alot of workers stoppet trying to load menus. Adpatch says FAILED: file lns12afn.ldt on worker  1.
