Can Interface Data Transformer (IDT) be used on journals coming from SLA or FAH

Can Interface Data Transformer (IDT) be used on top of journal from SLA enabled applications.

As i underestand IDT correct, Interface Data Transformer (IDT) works on top of the normal GL Interface table,

The question I have is can IDT be used on top of journal lines created from a SLA enabled application,

do SLA journals pass through the normal GL_INTERFACE table, or is it FAH journals that use a specific GL_INTERFACE table.
