Error 6512 in PO approval.

Dear All, We are faced with a situation where user has submitted PO for approval. Final approver has approved but the user could not get a notification. When PO is queried, view through workflow, we get error 6512 with the following error stack: Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_FINDAPPRV1.SET_FWD_TO_FROM_APP_TIMEOUT, POAPPRV, 14175-37995, 210274, RUN)   
Urgent help will be greatly appreciated.
